At Nimsy Khan, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-measure orders
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@nimsykhan.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@nimsykhan.com to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
